Mulanje Mission Hospital participated in the Next Generation Indoor Residual Spraying (IRS) project between 2016 and 2019 as implementing partner. This project succesfully reduced the price of chemical agents used for indoor spraying in malaria control, led to the launch of much needed new agents and provided more evidence that IRS is an effective intervention in the fight against malaria.
